Explore Tasmania

When Gustav Weindorfer reached the summit of Cradle Mountain in 1910, he proclaimed “This must be a national park for all time. It is magnificent. Everyone should know about it, and come and enjoy it.” He built his home “Waldheim” in nearby forest and hosted visitors until his death in 1932.

This excerpt is from the 32 page postcard-size booklet which fits neatly inside a shirt pocket and contains photographs, facts and anecdotes from all regions of Tasmania. Retails at $4.95
